About
A one-woman stage adaptation (about 65 minutes, no interval) of Marlen Haushofer's 1963 Austrian novel "Die Wand", in which a woman is cut off from the world by an invisible wall. Berlin actress Sophie Rois performs it solo on the main stage of the Deutsches Theater, directed by Clemens Maria Schönborn; the production premiered in 2020 and was praised by critics for her virtuoso performance.
