About
"Ish" is the 2025 feature debut of British director Imran Perretta, shot in black and white, about two 12-year-old friends roaming Luton over one summer until a humiliating police stop-and-search of one of them changes their friendship. It explores racial profiling, grief, masculinity and belonging, and screens in English at Sinema Transtopia, an independent cinema in Berlin, as part of its SİNELECTION series.
