About
The Woche der Seelischen Gesundheit is a nationwide awareness week held 10–20 October 2026 in more than 200 cities, with local events on mental health support and against stigma around mental illness. It is coordinated by the Aktionsbündnis Seelische Gesundheit, which turns 20 this year, and this is the 20th edition in Berlin; participation is free.
