Annual professional conference of the national Kooperationsverbund Gesundheitliche Chancengleichheit, a network of health promotion organisations working to reduce health inequalities, co-hosted by Gesundheit Berlin-Brandenburg. The 2026 edition focuses on healthy ageing in diverse, age- and generation-friendly municipalities and on building local prevention networks, with four dialogue forums and a closing panel discussion.
