A weekly, ongoing Qigong and Baguazhang class (Wednesdays 18:00–19:15) led by Sonja, combining gentle Qigong movement, self-massage and meditation with Baguazhang, a dynamic Chinese martial and movement art. It suits beginners and experienced people, is open only to FLINTA* and queer people, and requires booking a trial lesson with Sonja directly ([email protected]); it takes place at a yoga and movement space on a houseboat in Berlin.
