About
A weekly outdoor Pilates and relaxation class led by Sindy on the sun deck of Kulturschiff Paula, a boat venue in Friedrichshain, Berlin, running Mondays 18:30–19:45 until the end of October (online afterwards). It combines gentle and strong Pilates, breathing and relaxation exercises that focus on the core (abdomen, pelvic floor, back), and registration goes directly through Sindy.
