Screening of the South Korean sci-fi romance "NIKO" (2025, directed by Julien Levy, 111 min, in Korean with English subtitles) as part of the Korea Independent series at Kino Babylon, a historic single-screen cinema in Berlin-Mitte. Set in a dystopian near-future Seoul under constant surveillance, it follows Niko, a locksmith-like helper and aspiring screenwriter who vanishes without a trace; it stars K-pop singer Tiffany Young of Girls' Generation in her first leading film role.
