A weekly evening class for women combining a gentle yoga flow with Pilates, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation, led by instructor Sindy. It takes place on the Kulturkahn Paula, a boat on the Spree in Friedrichshain, on the sun deck or in the lounge below deck depending on the weather; mats are available but bringing your own is welcome.
