About
"Wutschweiger" is a children's play (ages 8+) by Jan Sobrie and Raven Ruëll about two classmates, Sammy and Ebeneser, who cannot join the class trip because their families lack the money and who protest by staying silent at school. It is staged by Theater an der Parkaue, Berlin's state theatre for young audiences, as a 90-minute classroom piece with two actors, performed in schools rather than in the theatre; the play won the Kaas & Kappes prize in 2019.
