A permanent outdoor exhibition in the park of the Deutsche Technikmuseum, showing how wind energy has been used for about 800 years, from a 1820 post mill and a 1911 Dutch-style mill to a 1900 American wind pump and a 44-metre rotor blade of a modern Vestas V90 turbine. Mills are demonstrated during guided demonstrations.
