A five-hour foraging walk and cooking class in one, led by Waldsamkeit, a Berlin nature-education provider: participants collect edible wild herbs near the Tegeler Fließ nature reserve, then cook a multi-course organic, regional menu in the farmhouse-style kitchen of Stadtgut Blankenfelde in Pankow. Drinks, snacks and the meal are included, groups are limited to 15, and recipes plus a plant list are emailed afterwards.
