About
A talk by Dr. Boryano Rickum, head of the Stadtbibliothek Tempelhof-Schöneberg, marking 85 years since a 1941 Nazi decree banned Jewish people from using lending libraries, followed by a discussion of libraries' responsibility for democracy, participation and action against hostility toward people. Registration is required online; it is part of the library's "Starke Seiten – Starke Worte" series and takes place at the Bibliothek Schöneberg, a public library in Berlin's Schöneberg district.
