A retrospective of German artist Thomas Demand, who rebuilds famous news and history scenes (such as the Fukushima control room) as life-size paper and cardboard models, photographs them and destroys the models. The page is for the show at Fundación Proa in Buenos Aires (Aug 22 to Nov 2026), with more than sixty photographs, videos and wallpapers, not for the Sprüth Magers listing in Berlin.
