About

A solo exhibition by Georgian sculptor Tamara Kvesitadze, known for kinetic and monumental figures and a two-time Georgia representative at the Venice Biennale. It is shown in Palazzo Bragadin in Venice (9 May to 31 October 2026) and retells the myth of Medea, linked to ancient Colchis in present-day Georgia, as a story of exile and memory, with a rising and dissolving model city, a kinetic Reptile and Whirling Woman sculptures, and a soundtrack by Soundwalk Collective. It is supported by the Berlin gallery Kornfeld Galerie.
