Germany's nationwide Library Day, celebrated at the Amerika-Gedenkbibliothek, a large public library in Berlin-Kreuzberg and part of the Zentral- und Landesbibliothek Berlin, with a program for children, families and adults. Highlights include a reading by children's author Margit Auer from "Die Schule der magischen Tiere" (11:00), a stuffed-animal sleepover in the children's library, and the evening literature-and-dinner event "All you can read" (17:00).
