About

A show of large, glamorous rocket sculptures by Swiss artist Sylvie Fleury, made since the 1990s in lipstick-like pinks, icy blue and white fur. The title comes from a 1960 East German sci-fi film, and the soft, shiny rockets answer Cold War nuclear fear with humor and love. They stand on a terrace of the Leipzig art museum (MdbK), while the Berlin gallery Sprüth Magers is credited as a lender.
