Opening of a solo exhibition by Sophie Kovel (born 1996 in Los Angeles, lives in Paris), the third and last chapter of the series marking the 80th anniversary of Haus am Waldsee, a Berlin art institution in a villa near the Nikolassee area. New works examine the history of nearby Studio Babelsberg, including its avant-garde, fascist and socialist image production, and how media images spread today, shown in the café (a former garage) in a display architecture by Nina Akhvlediani. The show runs 16 Oct 2026 to 17 Jan 2027.
