About
A building project at Schloss Schönhausen, a baroque palace and park in Berlin that later served as the East German president's residence: the 1950s garages built for President Wilhelm Pieck's motor pool are being renovated into a visitor center and the park's parking area redone. The work runs 2020 to 2027, costs about 21.7 million euros, and is led by Grün Berlin GmbH for the State of Berlin.
