Scaffold

About

Scaffold is a live performance at SomoS Arts, an artist-run gallery and residency space in Kreuzberg, in which artist-in-residence Junghwan Cho draws with charcoal on a long sheet of paper unrolled across the gallery floor while composer Hameed Al Saeed improvises electronic music. The piece explores the strain of city life through building, erosion and fragmentation, drawing on Cho's architecture background and the rapid redevelopment of his home city Busan; admission is free.
