About
Ständig is the first major institutional solo exhibition in Berlin of Peter Wächtler (born 1979 in Hannover, based in Schleswig-Holstein), running 16 Oct 2026 to 17 Jan 2027 at Haus am Waldsee, a contemporary art museum in a villa in Zehlendorf. It brings together existing and new work, above all a new film of the same name, in which his writing, drawing, painting, sculpture and film sets turn familiar genres and nostalgia into a mix of tragedy and absurd humor.
