Monika Sosnowska: Weight of Matter

About

A solo exhibition by Polish sculptor Monika Sosnowska at the South London Gallery, running 9 September to 22 November 2026, with huge hanging steel and concrete sculptures that reflect on modernist architecture and Poland's communist past. It also fills the gallery's 1867 former Fire Station and shows her small paper models in London for the first time; the page is from the Berlin gallery Capitain Petzel, which represents her.
