A one-day German-language seminar for property management and rental staff on legally sound handling of dunning, court claims and enforcement against tenants in arrears, including limitation periods, the dunning procedure, eviction suits and alternatives. It is run by the BBA Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft, a Berlin real-estate training institute, led by lecturer Beate Heilmann, with optional online participation and a MaBV certificate.
