About
Guided tour of the exhibition "Metaxy: Zwischen Zerstörung und Wiederaufbau" at the Akademie der Künste, running 10 Sept to 6 Dec 2026. The show looks at the uncertain time between destruction and rebuilding, starting from the postwar Hansaviertel and including works from Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria, Yemen and other places. The exhibition floor plan traces the outline of the buildings that once stood on the site. The page lists an inclusive tour for blind, visually impaired and sighted visitors on Sat 10 Oct at 15:00, and a tour of Berlin's rubble hills that day from 10:00 to 16:00, but does not say which one this entry is.
