About

A weekly, low-key dance and movement class for pregnant people and parents with babies, developed by dance and movement therapist Martha Hirschhorn. It combines strengthening, stretching, improvisation and body awareness to music, with babies welcome throughout; the Monday course at Familienzentrum JULI in Friedrichshain starts 12 October 2026 and runs for 10 sessions.
