A guided afternoon walk through the Grunewald forest and along the Havel in western Berlin, combining laughter yoga (a method of deliberate group laughter exercises), silent meditative walking and a forest meditation. It starts at the Kaisergarten restaurant by the Grunewaldturm, includes a picnic by the river and ends around 17:00 at the restaurant ship "Alte Liebe"; participation is by donation (about 10-15 € on average) and advance registration by SMS is required by Friday 16.10. at 14:00.
