About
Two-person stage adaptation of Hans Fallada's 1947 novel about a Berlin working-class couple, Otto and Elise Hampel (Quangel in the book), who spread anti-Nazi postcards after their son's death at the front and were executed in 1943. Performed by Anette Daugardt and Uwe Neumann of KantTheaterBerlin with Globe Berlin, at Theater Ost in Berlin-Adlershof.
