An English-language public guided tour (about one hour) of the Gerhard Richter exhibition at the Neue Nationalgalerie, exploring how painting, photography and history leave traces in his work, including the Birkenau cycle and nearly 90 other works the artist has loaned permanently to the Nationalgalerie. Richter is one of Germany's most celebrated living painters; the tour is dialogic, places are limited, and online booking is recommended.
