About
Gala Porras-Kim is a Colombian-born artist whose drawings, sculptures and video examine how museums and conservators classify cultural objects and shape their meaning. Chosen by the late curator Koyo Kouoh for the Applied Arts Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, she shows out of competition in a project developed with London's Victoria and Albert Museum.
