Fermenta Collective: Tempeh, from Home to Berlin

A hands-on tempeh workshop by Fermenta Collective, a Berlin fermentation group, led by an Indonesian and Singaporean duo (Feydrea & Sam) with Peranakan roots. They share tempeh's origins and show how to make it in Berlin, then everyone eats a home-cooked Peranakan dinner together; participants can bring jars, bowls and a heating pad to take a culture home.
