About
A one-day German-language workshop on handling political polarization and having "good conflict", using case studies, group work and role plays on de-escalation and deep listening (e.g. the "looping" technique), based on the Good Conflict framework of journalists Amanda Ripley and Hélène Biandudi Hofer. It is led by facilitators Mackenzie Nelson and Johanna Schaefer-Kehnert and is hosted by the Berlin education branch of the Green-affiliated Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung; the page says it counts for 8 teaching units toward the GreenCampus certificate.
