About
A free lecture in German by Dr. Alexander Steinhilber, a musicologist and organ expert who heads the culture department of Berlin's Senate administration for culture. He discusses organ databases, the shift from paper inventories to digital records, and what may be gained or lost in preserving organ heritage. It takes place in the Curt-Sachs-Saal, the hall of the Musikinstrumenten-Museum, which is run by the State Institute for Music Research (SIM).
