About
Casablanca (1942, 102 min, original English version) is Michael Curtiz's classic wartime melodrama with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. A cynical bar owner in Casablanca meets his great love again, the wife of a Hungarian resistance fighter, among refugees, agents and Vichy police. It screens as a late-night Filmklassiker at the Lichtblick-Kino, an independent arthouse cinema in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
