Solo exhibition of Carrie Mae Weems, a celebrated American photographer and filmmaker, at Berlin's Galerie Barbara Thumm, running 11 September to 31 October 2026. It shows her new Seaside photographs and the five-part oval-framed series The Law of Diminishing Returns, both reflecting on the Atlantic passage, slavery and migration, and it opens during Berlin Art Week alongside her show at C/O Berlin.
