About
Weekly Monday-evening fitness class run by the Berlin tennis club BTC WISTA in the Waldhalle in Grünau, covering conditioning, knee stabilisation and injury prevention, strength work for all major muscle groups and rhythm drills. It is open to all ages (currently 13-71) and skill levels; a trial session is free, otherwise 7 EUR.
